We offer same day dispatch on goods ordered before 11am on AEST from our warehouse in Sydney.

Four Little Monkeys has a 14-day change of mind Money Back Guarantee with proof of purchase. It's this policy that provides you peace of mind while shopping with us. For a product to be returned under our Money Back Guarantee Policy there are a few conditions, but we are certain you’ll find them very reasonable.

1. 1. Products and packaging must be in resaleable condition.
2. 2. We won’t refund the cost of shipping. Only the cost of the item(s) themselves.
3. 3. If the item(s) return damaged, or with missing parts, you may not be eligible for a refund.
4. 4. Items must be returned to us, within 14 days of you receiving them.
5. 5. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
6. 6. The piece of mind guarantee can only be claimed for your first order

Returns Instructions.

We aim to make returns as simple as possible. Before you reach out to us please make sure you have your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase.

Step 1: Email us at help@fourlittlemonkeys.com.au or phone our Customer Service team on XXX and they will explain the return options to you.

Step 2: We can organise a courier to pick up the goods from you and let you know the costs. Once you are happy with this and have paid for the courier fees we’ll organise for the goods to be picked up at a time that suits you.  

Step 3: We’ll give you instructions how to pack the items into the original packaging.

Step 4: Once your parcel arrives back to our warehouse we’ll confirm everything is in order and then within 7 days issue a refund back to the same form of payment or account you used to make the original purchase.
