Shipping and Returns

DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS

It is the customers responsibility to check goods on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit AND the item is not faulty. Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Four Little Monkeys and provide proof the of the damage or fault. If the item needs to be returned to Four Little Monkeys, the damaged or faulty item must be sent back prior to a replacement product is shipped out to you. Please note that Four Little Monkeys is not responsible for any breakages or damage that occur once the toy has been played with. Manufacturing faults will be referred to the manufacturer to improve our products in the future.

RETURNS 

All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging). The customer must complete the return within 30 days of the date of your order and are responsible for arranging the return, related shipping costs and restocking fees. The original shipping costs will not be refunded as part of the return. A full refund will only be processed once the item has been received by Four Little Monkeys.

DELIVERY ADRESS
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. If your address requires update prior to the order being shipped, please contact Four Little Monkeys immediately to update to your new delivery address. Additional shipping fees may apply if redelivery is required. 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

All orders placed with Four Little Monkeys may be requested to have an authority to leave (ATL). This means that you give permission for you order to be left unattended at your delivery address without a signature when the parcel is delivered. It enables our couriers to deliver your order on the first attempt which means less time you have to wait for your order. If there is no safe place to leave or you need to leave, please include this information when you place your order and we will ensure our delivery partners are aware of this request. 

PRE-ORDERS

When placing an order that includes both pre-order and in stock items, your order will be shipped out together when the pre-order item becomes available. On request they may be sent out separately however this will incur an additional processing charge.
